After Caposile: London
Italian underground brand After Caposile arrives in London on April 4th for a takeover at Village Underground. Founded as the offshoot of the Caposile movement in northern Italy, the project has become known for its carefully curated line-ups rooted in minimal and tech house, regularly hosting international names alongside residents at its Italian home base before expanding across Europe.
On the lineup is Alexander M, a long-time resident and core member of the After Caposile roster who has been active in the Italian scene since the late 2000s, representing the brand at events across Italy and internationally. He’s joined by ARAPU, the Romanian producer and DJ associated with the [a:rpia:r] circle and labels including Liniar and Rawax, widely recognised within the European minimal scene for his tightly constructed productions and extended DJ sets. Completing the bill are UK selectors Benji King and Phil De Janeiro, co-founders of Modern Funktion, a London-based collective and event series focused on house and minimal bookings across the capital.
